Shipping Policy
Return and Exchange Policies:
- We offer a complimentary first exchange at no additional cost.
- Returns can be made through our shipping service for 30 USD or independently at no cost.
- Shipments will arrive within 1 to 5 business days.
- We always consider external factors beyond our control, and in the case of exceptional circumstances, the customer will be informed and updated accordingly.
We ship worldwide. Some deliveries must be signed for and you should keep your receipt. If goods show obvious signs of damage in transit upon receipt, please refuse to accept the delivery.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You can track your order through our shipping confirmation email or via your online CEST2 account. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact our team directly at cest2marketing@gmail.com.
PROCESSING TIME
Your order will be shipped on the same business day if placed before 1 PM EST or the next business day if placed after 1 PM EST.
Dispatch times may be delayed during peak periods, promotions, and sales events.
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM EST. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the package. If no authorized person is present, the driver will leave a notice, and your order will be redirected to the nearest collection center for pickup.
Transit damage
We or our partners examine all goods in detail prior to dispatch to ensure that they leave our warehouse in perfect condition. However, transit damage unfortunately can occur. If your purchase is showing obvious signs of transit damage upon delivery, please refuse to accept delivery and notify us immediately. If damage is only evident upon opening of packaging, then you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt. In either case, we will then arrange re-delivery of replacement goods as soon as possible.
If an order that has been shipped does not arrive with you within the recommended shipping time, please e-mail us at info@cest2.com with the order number and we will look into this for you. We do have to allow the carrier reasonable time to deliver your order, however, after this time has passed we will issue a reprint and dispatch replacements if they are deemed to be lost in transit. Please note we have to be made aware of any orders not received within 28 days of the order being shipped.
